Course Description
:
Operating system design and implementation, process coordination and scheduling, deadlocks, interface devices, memory and device management, networks and security, distributed and real‑time systems.
- A master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Employment in the State of California is required by the CSU Out‑of‑State Employment Policy.
- A doctorate or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience teaching similar courses in 4‑year universities.
- Intercultural competence and a commitment to serving the campus community.
Salary commensurate with degree level and experience.
- Anticipated Hiring Salary Range
: $5 507–$8 000 per full‑time month. - CSU Classification Salary Range Lecturer A: $5 507–$6 677 per full‑time month.
- CSU Classification Salary Range Lecturer B: $6 221–$13 224 per full‑time month.
