Para educator Position
Part-time Para educator - PE positions are 3.75 hours per day, 182 days per year. Employees new to the District are allowed salary schedule placement credit for up to two (2) years of previous experience with a maximum salary schedule entry placement for step three (3). To qualify for a Para educator position, you must meet the State of California NCLB (No Child Left Behind) compliance requirement.

1. Passed CBEST 2. AA (Associates) or higher College Degree 3. 48 College Semester Units or higher (1.5 Quarter Units = 1 Semester Unit) 4.
