Dance Teacher

• Appropriate California Single Subject Credential Authorizing Service in Dance or a Subject Matter authorization in Dance. If you do not have a posted credential please attach a letter that states you are currently enrolled in a program or intern eligible, and list expected graduation date.

• English Learner Authorization (CLAD, BCLAD, ELAM, ELA 1, accepted) Required

• Letter of Introduction

• Resume

• Three (3) Letters of Recommendation

THE DISTRICT NOW ACCEPTS UP TO 10 YEARS OF PRIOR SERVICE. If your University has deemed you Intern eligible, please attach verification of your Intern status to the credential section of your Ed-Join application. If your University is not willing to provide verification of Intern eligibility please attach a letter that states you are Intern eligible, list the University as well as the expected date of completion, this letter can be attached to the credential section of your Ed-Join application.

CLAD, BCLAD, ELA1, ELAS are acceptable EL authorizations. We understand that the EL Authorization is embedded in your credential, please attach a copy of your credential to the EL Authorization section of your Ed-Join application in order to verify that you have met the EL requirement.
