The Department of Operations, Supply Chain and Business Analytics at California State University San Marcos accepts applications on an on‑going basis for part‑time lecturers in all areas of operations management and business analytics. Salary is commensurate with credentials and experience.
Applicant Pool DetailsAppointments may last from one day to an entire semester. Positions are filled as needed throughout the academic year. Applications are valid only for the current academic year. The pool closed effective May 31st.
Minimum Qualifications- A master’s degree in the area of instruction or a closely related field.
- Working in California is a condition of employment;
California State University prohibits hiring employees to perform CSU‑related work outside the state.
- A terminal degree in the area of instruction or a closely related field.
- Intercultural competence and a commitment to serving the campus community in teaching and service.
Anticipated hiring salary range: $5,507 – $6,359 per full‑time month. The range is based on the Lecturer A – AY classification.
