Make a difference in the lives of students!
As a Youth Leader member, you'll support student learning and growth in after-school programs. You'll help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
What You'll DoSupport lesson plans, educational activities, and homework assistance.
Foster positive behavior, inclusion, and engagement in the classroom.
Lead and participate in recreational or enrichment activities.
Collaborate with staff to ensure student success and well-being.
Provide support to students with special education needs.
Be flexible in traveling between multiple school sites as needed.
What We're Looking ForMinimum 3 months of experience working with children in a professional or educational setting (students pursuing education or child development degrees encouraged to apply).
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
Flexible, dependable, and committed to supporting student growth.
Demonstrated passion for education and child development.
Schedule2-5 days per week (Monday-Friday), 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

Pay$19.00 - $21.50 per hour
