Bassett Home Furnishings is seeking an experienced Full-Time Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities & duties (These are just some of what is expected):

• Organize office and assist Management and Sales Staff
• Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
• Problem solve any customer issues that arise
• Answer and make phone calls to current customers
• Key sales orders accurately and keep customers updated on merchandise status

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Thorough understanding of office management procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience as an office assistant or in similar administrative roles
• Assist customers

Hours: Must be able to work weekends and evenings.

Hourly Rate depends on experience, ranging from $17 to $23 per hour.
