GASSED is seeking a Casting Director to own talent for UGC and paid-social productions in a hybrid role. You will be in our San Marcos studio three days a week for casting sessions, shoots, and team time, with flexibility for remote sourcing the rest of the week. If you know how to spot talent that stops the scroll, this is your seat.
You'll build and run the talent pipeline end to end: sourcing, auditioning, booking, and maintaining a deep bench of creators ready for whatever brand needs next.
