IT Systems Administrator

Robert Half is seeking an IT Systems Administrator; this is an opportunity for a well-rounded IT Systems Administrator who enjoys balancing infrastructure administration with end-user support. You'll serve as the primary onsite IT resource, supporting Microsoft technologies, network infrastructure, and day-to-day technical operations while partnering closely with leadership on ongoing technology initiatives.

Administer and support Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and Windows environments.

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including laptop imaging, equipment deployment, account provisioning, and user access.

Maintain Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and remote access.

Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, wireless connectivity, and Cisco networking equipment.

Coordinate endpoint management, remote devices, and ongoing technical support for a distributed workforce.

Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and technical procedures.

Assist with infrastructure planning, technology improvements, and IT best practices.

Coordinate with technology vendors and third-party service providers as needed.

Help ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations across the organization.
