Production and Installation Tech

Job Summary

We’re looking for candidates with experience in sign production/fabrication and installation. The right candidate s will be professional, coachable, self‑motivated, self‑confident, and willing to work in a fast‑paced team environment. This role will have an immediate impact on the overall operations of the business and will have room for growth.

• Operate sign production technology including printers, cutters, and laminators
• Operate power tools, panel saws, and other equipment safely and according to best practices
• Back end operations such as laminating and finishing signs for installation
• Installation at client sites both indoors and outdoors
• Assist in driving and improving work processes and procedures
• Full‑time availability (40 hours/week)
• Consult/interface with customers
• Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign making professional

• Sign finishing experience including lamination, weeding, and readying for installation
• Excellent communication skills both internally and with clients and vendors
• Ability to find and execute creative solutions
• Ability to work independently

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with project management software
• Experience with vehicle graphics installation

Our work covers all varieties of interior and exterior signage as well as vehicle graphics. Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
