Bilingual Spanish, Per Diem Registered Nurse

The RN will be working at our San Marcos Pediatrics Health Center. The RN is responsible for delivering patient-centered services in accordance with the True Care policies, procedures, and standards. This includes providing nurse triage services and health advice, performing routine office procedures, testing, and participating in patient education. The RN will triage patients that walk in or call in, tend to the inboxes, administer injections, and other duties as needed.

Schedule:

Every other month a rotating Saturday 8-5, and one day of the week, either 8-5 or 9-6, for a total of 16 hours per week. Scheduled in posted a month in advance.

• Triage patients that walk in or are calling in.
• Tend to inboxes and respond to electronic communications.
• Administer injections.
• Perform routine office procedures and testing.
• Participate in patient education.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited California School of Professional Nursing.
• Current California State Board RN license.
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems and the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Teams, and Word.
• Availability to work a variable schedule, extended hours and/or Saturday shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.

The pay range for this role is $45.07 - $62.15 on an hourly basis.
