Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Veterinary Receptionist based in San Marcos, CA. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, greeting clients and their pets, answering phone calls with professionalism, managing client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. The Veterinary Receptionist will also assist with educating clients on pet care and hospital policies while ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette
  • Experience in Client Education and Communication
  • Basic understanding of Animal Care and a passion for working with pets
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and scheduling tools
  • Prior experience in a veterinary or medical office is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in veterinary assistance are beneficial
