Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team members execute customer service programs;
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy;

Oversee returns, exchanges, and refunds and ensure proper invoicing and payments;
Manage opening/closing duties, day-end procedures, deposits, and security procedures;
Delegate merchandising tasks and ensure adherence to schedules;
Ensure team members clock in/out according to policy;
Possess shift management responsibilities in the absence of store leadership
