Action Air Conditioning, Heating & Solar (Action AC) is seeking an experienced HVAC Service technician to support residential and light commercial customers across Southern California. In this field-based role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems with a focus on comfort, safety, and energy efficiency. As part of our customer-focused, family-owned team, you'll receive ongoing technical training, advancement opportunities, and the chance to build a stable HVAC career while delivering respectful, reliable service in local communities.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Install and replace components such as motors, compressors, and controls
- Explain findings, recommendations, and options to customers clearly
- Complete work orders, service reports, and documentation accurately
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards
- Maintain tools, vehicle, and equipment in good working order
- Collaborate with dispatch, installers, and team members to meet schedules
- Participate in ongoing technical training and certifications
- Represent Action AC professionally at customer sites
