BOSun is seeking a Mitigation Field Supervisor to oversee field operations for water, fire, and mold projects in the San Marcos area. You will scope jobs, coordinate crews, and document activities, while communicating with insurance adjusters and customers.
The ideal candidate is IICRC-certified (Water, Mold, Fire) and proficient with DASH, MICA, Xactimate, and RMS. You will supervise ~3 techs and manage equipment and vehicles.
