Outova is seeking a Warehouse Returns Specialist to maximize inventory recovery and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will inspect, process, and disposition returned merchandise, document findings, refurbish eligible items, and handle replacement parts and related warehouse tasks.
In this role you will support outbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvements to the returns process, while staying safe and organized in a fast-paced environment.
