Position Overview
Accounting Office Assistant – Staff Accountant – Billing Clerk – Title Clerk (cross‑trained). Immediate opening at Keating Auto Group’s San Marcos Toyota dealership.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with billing, title, and accounting tasks.
- Multi‑task and perform various administrative duties as needed.
- Provide strong customer service and maintain professional communication.
- Utilize computer systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Prior experience as an automotive staff accountant, billing clerk, title clerk, or DMV associate is a plus.
- Accounting skills are required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Organized, personable, energetic and flexible.
- Strong customer service skills and computer proficiency.
- $18–$22 per hour based on experience.
