Participarás en entrevistas, encuestas y encuestas de satisfacción del cliente sin involucrar ventas ni cobranzas.
Calificaciones- Buenas habilidades de comunicación
- Cómodo hablando por teléfono
- Habilidades básicas de lectura, computación y mecanografía.
- Comprensión básica del buen servicio al cliente
- Realizar llamadas telefónicas salientes
- Leer un guion al pie de la letra.
- Hacer preguntas a los encuestados
- Registrar respuestas a preguntas abiertas o de opción múltiple.
