As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle a multi‑line phone system, schedule appointments, coordinate return visits when parts arrive, and maintain accurate customer records.

Pay: $18.00–$23.00 per hour

Bonus:
Spiff program for maintenance agreement sales and follow‑up sales

Schedule:

Multiple shifts available (office hours: 7:30am–8:00pm). Current opening: 11:00am–8:00pm

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of related experience preferred (not required)
• Dispatching experience is a plus
• Experience with Service Titan is a strong plus
• Can‑do attitude and strong customer service skills
• Highly proficient computer and typing skills
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong problem‑solving, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Experience handling a multi‑line phone system
• Good geographical knowledge of the service area and basic map‑reading skills
• Ability to support on‑call dispatching duties as needed
