As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle a multi‑line phone system, schedule appointments, coordinate return visits when parts arrive, and maintain accurate customer records. Clear, friendly, and proactive communication with customers and internal team members is essential.

• Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
• Bonus: Spiff program for maintenance agreement sales & follow‑up sales

• Multiple shifts available (office hours: 7:30am-8:00pm)
• Current opening: 11:00am-8:00pm

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of related experience preferred (not required)
• Dispatching experience is a plus
• Experience with Service Titan is a strong plus
• "Can‑do" attitude and strong customer service skills
• Highly proficient computer and typing skills
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong problem‑solving, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Experience handling a multi‑line phone system
• Good geographical knowledge of the service area and basic map‑reading skills
• Ability to support on‑call dispatching duties as needed
