Required QualificationsApplicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.
- Skill in handling cash and/or processing money transactions.
- Skill in effective communication; providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Must turn in a personal history statement and be able to pass a full background.
- Experience with financial modules of an ERP software system(SAP).
- Knowledge of university traffic and parking regulations.
- Experience with credit card processors.
Responsible for receipting revenues and reimbursements, student tuition, loan collections, club accounts, and disburse checks.
Job Duties- General clerical duties – process mail, maintain office filing, maintain physical records and spreadsheets.
- Assists with supervision of student workers.
- Receive and process receipts, departmental revenues and other funds for daily deposits.
- Perform on-line receipting of students, faculty, and staff for current balance and any previous balance due.
- Balance cash drawer, petty cash advance, and receipts.
- Verify refund requests from over-payments.
