We are looking for a part‑time Treatment Coordinator who is confident, outgoing, and motivated by results. The role is a key driver of practice growth and helps achieve case acceptance goals by presenting treatment plans, guiding financial conversations, and ensuring patients begin treatment promptly.
Position OverviewThe Treatment Coordinator serves as the bridge between patients and the clinical team, helping patients clearly understand their treatment options, financial responsibilities, and the value of completing recommended care.
What You’ll Do- Present treatment plans confidently
, using dental knowledge to explain procedures in easy‑to‑understand terms. - Guide financial conversations
—review insurance benefits, calculate patient co‑pays, and present financing options. - Track and achieve case acceptance goals in collaboration with the doctor and team.
- Proactively follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment to build relationships and encourage progress.
- Partner with the dentist and clinical team to maximize schedule efficiency and production goals
. - Monitor and report case acceptance metrics to help the team hit monthly and quarterly targets.
- Act as the patient’s advocate and main point of contact
, ensuring a smooth, stress‑free experience from consultation to completion.
- Dental background required (RDA or dental office experience strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to communicate value, overcome objections, and close treatment plans
. - Strong understanding of dental terminology, treatment workflows, and insurance benefits
. - High energy, outgoing personality, and natural ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a drive to help the practice meet and exceed production targets.
- Comfortable with numbers, payment plans, and discussing financial commitments with patients.
