Position Overview
The McCoy College of Business Department of Management is seeking a pool of non‑tenure faculty to teach Management and related courses at Texas State extension campuses. Appointments are for one to four courses per semester, based on student demand each semester.
Responsibilities- Teach assigned courses (one to four per semester)
- Coordinate co‑curricular activities such as career fairs and employer engagement activities
- Provide support for Texas State extension programs, including program promotion
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the department
- Maintain eligibility for annual reappointment through satisfactory performance evaluations, funding continuity, and departmental need
- Master’s degree with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the teaching field
- Previous teaching experience
