Position SummaryThe Mathematics Department at Texas State University seeks outstanding educators to contribute to its teaching mission by filling several lecturer positions beginning in Fall 2026. These are non‑tenure track, nine‑month, full‑time teaching positions.
LocationRound Rock / San Marcos, Texas – Online
Qualifications- Required: A Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematics Education, or a closely related field with at least 18 graduate hours in mathematics. Candidates whose degree is in a closely related field must meet SACS accreditation standards to teach in a mathematics department. Previous undergraduate teaching experience is required.
- Preferred: A Ph.D. in Mathematics or a related area.
