Description
San Marcos Academy invites applications for substitute teachers for grades K-12 for the school year.
Substitute teachers provide support when a member of the faculty is away from the classroom. In this position, candidates are required to supervise students as well as perform requested lesson plans established by the regular teacher. Must be available last minute to substitute.
Substitute Compensation Plan- Non-Certified: $80 Daily
- Certified: $90 Daily
- Non-Certified: $100 Long-Term Assignment (Teacher out on leave absence or vacancy)
- Certified: $120 Long-Term Assignment (Teacher out on leave absence or vacancy)
Anticipated Start:
August 2026
- Must have a high school degree
- College degree with some teaching experience is preferred
