• Assistsin planning and promotingall activities so students can make choices as to how to use leisure timeforstudents.

• Promotes and engages student participation in Community Service.

• Ensuressafetransport of studentsoccurstimely.

• Assistsin ensuring events are available; ensures adequate equipment,supplies, or other resources for successful events.

• Assistsin maintainingactive communication with other community and governmental sources including Fine Arts, Theater, Choral, Drama, Sports, Education and Training, Community Colleges, and volunteer organizations; contacts are reported weekly.

• Ensures receipts/unused funds are returned to account fully for amount received.

• Accounts for monetary expenditures bysubmittingall necessary student excursion sheets,appropriate receipts,and unused funds.

• Assistsin ensuring programs stay within funding limits.

• Enforces all proceduresregardingproperty/equipment.

• Clearlycommunicatesandconsistentlymodelsappropriate CSSand employability skills.

• Maintainsaccountabilityofstaff,students,and property.

• Adheres to safety practices in all areas of responsibility.

• Fosters and sustains a conducive environment at the center, ensuring itremainsfree from harassment, intimidation, and disrespect, thereby ensuring a safe space for both staff and students to engage in work and learning.

• Attends all required staff training opportunities.

• High School Diploma or equivalent withone year of related experience working with youth required.

• A valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record.
