Nutrition for Health and Exercise Performance and KINE 416:
Global Nutrition and Health Practices. Courses support the kinesiology major and the nutrition minor, with emphasis on nutrition education, wellness, and cultural awareness.
Minimum qualifications include a master’s degree in the area of instruction or a closely related field; preferred doctorate and higher education teaching experience.
