OVERVIEW Texas State University is seeking an Education Mobility Outreach Coordinator to support outreach and recruitment efforts across three Education Mobility units. The role focuses on increasing student awareness, participation, and enrollment in Education Abroad and Study in America programs through communication, events, and student engagement activities. This position reports to the Director of Education Mobility and contributes to initiatives connected to international education, study abroad, and student mobility programming.

Key

responsibilities
  • Provide outreach and recruitment efforts for the three Education Mobility units
  • Assist in developing strategies to increase student awareness and participation in Education Abroad and Study in America programs
  • Represent Education Mobility at events, orientations, and outreach opportunities
  • Conduct presentations and information sessions for prospective and current student audiences
  • Coordinate logistics and promotional efforts for education mobility events
  • Maintain outreach calendars and metrics
  • Manage social media accounts related to Education Mobility initiatives
  • Support student mobility programming and related activities
Requirements
