- 2-5 years of experience in game presentation, live event production, or sports entertainment at the collegiate, professional, or equivalent level (football or basketball preferred).
- Prior experience working in intercollegiate athletics or a comparable sports organization.
- Demonstrated proficiency with video board operations, music curation, scripting, and live show execution.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task, adapt quickly, and meet tight deadlines in high‑pressure environments.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and late‑night events as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in sports marketing, communications, media production, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and sports presentation software platforms.
- Experience working directly with multimedia rights partners and sponsor fulfillment.
- Background in Power‑conference or high‑attendance athletic environments.

Key Responsibilities Game Presentation & Show Production- Lead the development, execution, and evolution of game presentation for all Texas State Athletic events, with primary responsibility for football and men’s and women’s basketball.
- Serve as game day producer/show caller, overseeing run‑of‑show scripting, timing, music, lighting, video board content, and in‑venue entertainment elements.
- Direct all video board operations, audio elements, and live production workflows, ensuring a seamless and engaging fan experience.
- Oversee the planning and execution of all video board content, including hype videos, motion graphics, animations, and live camera features.
- Collaborate with creative, video, marketing, and communications staff to align in‑game content with brand standards and storytelling goals.
- Partner closely with the department’s multimedia rights holder to execute and deliver compelling, sponsor‑driven in‑game promotions that maximize partner visibility and revenue impact.
- Ensure sponsorship elements are seamlessly integrated into the overall game script without disrupting fan engagement.
- Collaborate on recruitment, training, scheduling, and supervising student employees and game day production staff, fostering a professional and educational environment.
- Collaborate with cheer, dance, bands, spirit squads, mascot, facility operations, and event management to create a unified game atmosphere.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the fan experience, incorporating current trends in collegiate and professional sports presentation.
- Maintain a working knowledge of NCAA and Pac‑12 Conference policies related to game presentation and fan engagement.
- Troubleshoot and problem‑solve live‑event challenges in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
