City of San Marcos is seeking an Emergency Management Specialist to support preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation efforts. You will assist in developing emergency plans, coordinate drills, maintain EOC readiness, and collaborate with partner agencies.
The role requires an Associate degree or two years in a related field, Texas driver’s license, and ability to obtain FEMA/NIMS/ICS training within six months. Occasional after‑hours work is required.
