Set up portable bars, ice bins, glassware, garnishes, and beverage inventory prior to events; clean and pack up all equipment post-event;
Pour beer and wine and prepare non-alcoholic options accurately and efficiently;
Check valid government-issued identification for all guests to verify legal drinking age; monitor consumption levels to prevent over-intoxication;
Greet faculty, students, staff, and VIP guests in a polite, enthusiastic, and professional manner;
Handle point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash drawers, or drink tickets if required by the specific campus event
