Priority Personnel is hiring a Temporary Human Resource/Recruiter Assistant for a company located in San Marcos, TX. Pay rate: $24.00/hour.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday/8:00am-5:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm.
- Review internal applications
- Screening resumes and applications for minimum qualifications.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining candidate tracking in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assisting with reference checks and background verifications.
- Preparing offer letters and communicating next steps to candidates.
- Must have previous recruiter experience
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Can display amazing interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
