Responsibilities

  • Prioritize new features requests, improvements, product discontinuation and replacement to maintain a strong development trajectory and continued customer satisfaction.
  • Track market trends and competitive offerings by interfacing with customers and channel partners to synthesize detailed, clearly defined market requirements for product specifications that add value and meet customer needs.
  • Interact daily with engineering, production, marketing, sales, and leadership.
  • Develop and communicate the business case for new product investments.
  • Train and support sales teams on technical aspects and applications of Mensor products.
  • Drive pricing and positioning for products in national and international markets.
  • Develop and monitor data-driven analytics on product-market performance.
  • Produce sales training tools and technical support to highlight the differentiated value proposition of your product.
  • Develop and sustain technical literature together with Technical Content Writer.
  • Assist marketing team with inbound and outbound product marketing activities.
  • Developing and presenting product roadmaps at yearly team training events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; candidates with other technical degrees and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Master’s degree preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years of product management or engineering experience in a B2B industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive, contribute to, and communicate solutions to technical product challenges.
  • Strong critical and analytical thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to break down problems into clear actionable components.
  • Proven ability to make data driven business decisions.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, quality assurance practices, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with MS Project, Adobe Suite, and D365 ERP is a plus.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally is required.
