Job Description
Looking for a Motivated IT Support Technician! Skyriver IT is seeking a motivated IT Support Technician with strong communication skills and technical experience to support a variety of business IT environments.
Compensation & BenefitsCompensation DOE (depending on experience) with expected annual earnings starting at approximately $40,000 plus benefits.

This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law.

Duties & Responsibilities- Interact with customers in an effective and professional manner
- Document daily work through the ticketing system and knowledge base
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level I and Level II technical issues received remotely via phone, ticketing system, and chat
- Support Windows and MacOS environments
- Assist with network and VPN troubleshooting
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing help desk, technical support, or similar IT support role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple operating systems, including Windows and MacOS
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of network protocols, client VPNs, and Windows 11 fundamentals
- Experience working for an IT Managed Services Provider (MSP)
- Preliminary IT certifications such as A+, with intermediate certifications considered a plus (Network+, MCSA, CCNA, etc.)
