Position Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Procurement Operations professionals to manage the flow of non-inventory goods for procurement related processes and fulfillment center service activities.
- Coordinate the demand identification, procurement, and inventory management of all non-merchandise items required for fulfillment center operations.
- Manage complex supply chain management aspects of procurement.
- Develop and utilize demand forecast models.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools.
- Help manage and control fixed costs, and develop and implement plans to achieve annual fixed and supply costs savings.
- Build and deliver productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Regional Procurement Managers to drive results.
- Evaluate performance objectives and metrics.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $126,173/year to $168,700/year.
