• Work first shift hours Monday – Friday (7am-3:30pm).
• Open and close wastewater treatment as operator.
• Work at heights, with chemicals and in confined spaces.
• Check for proper chemical balance and environmental compliance.
• Perform daily wastewater treatment tasks and activity.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all types of production and facilities equipment (including vacuum furnaces).
• Diagnose problems, determine corrective actions, select work methods, and research necessary information and equipment to complete maintenance tasks.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, re-assemble, and test factory equipment and facilities, adhering to OSHA, NFPA, and shop practices.
• Support air compressors, boilers, and HVAC systems (closed-loop).
• Perform plumbing activities using standard threaded pipe practices, PVC, and swaged copper connections via power threading machines, cement, or MAPP gas torch.
• Verify wastewater treatment facility chemical balance and environmental compliance.

• High School Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic computer skills (word processing and spreadsheets).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Experience with wastewater treatment and use of pH, conductivity, and hardness testing equipment.
• Welding/fabrication skills.
• PLC control experience, basic diagnostics and repair.
• Basic CNC equipment experience.
