Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM

• Supervise and coordinate employee activities and outside contractors engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures and grounds.
• Direct employees and outside contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs, and ground maintenance.
• Obtain bids for work from outside contractors, assemble, analyze, and submit bids to superiors for action.
• Order and receive supplies, appliances, and equipment from vendors.
• Coordinate work performed by outside vendors and inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and standards.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to determine need and extent of service, equipment required, and type; study production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew.
• Assist Property Manager in planning and administering maintenance budget.
• Participate in after‑hours and emergency coverage as assigned by supervisor.

• Must have 2+ years of related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor on 200+ units.
• EPA Section 608 Certification type II or universal, and CPO certifications required.
• Lease‑up experience preferred.
• Prefer Yardi experience.
• Must have experience in all trades.
• Must have excellent written, communication and computer skills.
• Past supervisory experience a must.
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Able to work weekends and overtime as job requires.

Salary: $35.00/hour. Benefits include a 401(k) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, rental discounts; full‑time employees (30–40 hours a week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits, vacation accrual, and sick time accrual in accordance with law.
