As a Branch Manager Trainee, you’ll receive hands‑on training across every area of branch operations—from warehouse and counter sales to inventory management and business processes. • 📦 Overseeing inventory control and optimizing stock levels

• 📍 Supporting warehouse functions: receiving, stocking, shipping

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry
• Willing to relocate for future branch management opportunities
• Clean driving record (no major or repeated infractions)
• Customer service experience preferred
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing warehouse duties
• Comfortable with bending, reaching, kneeling, climbing ladders, and handling bulky or overhead items
• Able to sit or stand for extended periods and push/pull 20+ lbs
