Take on a leadership role within the Environmental team and will coordinate with Environmental team and other leaders to manage daily workflow of projects to completion.
ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Direction
- Perform work under moderate supervision. Receive direction on moderately complex assignments, tasks, and execution. Work is frequently reviewed by more senior staff to ensure application of sound techniques and principles. Review work produced by junior staff for quality assurance.
At The Operational And Company Level
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for project due diligence and achieving project productivity goals.
Do the Work
- Understand and manage the workflow on projects, including initial project kick-off and daily metrics.
- Work in close coordination with internal teams.
- Coordinate multiple projects; create and/or update project plans (monitor the acquisition processes, proactively communicate with project stakeholders).
- Under the direction of senior leadership, assist in planning.
- Assist senior leadership with business development opportunities.
- Prepare project tracking reports, reconcile databases, and ensure project schedules and budget are met.
- Adapt to changes in project process and scope and proactively assist in problem solving.
- Ensure all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Monitor and communicate project progress and scope.
- Proactively communicate internally and externally, acting as client point of contact.
- Track, assign and assist in maintaining equipment needed for project personnel.

- Basic understanding of financial reports and metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in business, environmental or related field preferred.
- Three or more (3+) years of related experience (ideally in professional services).
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Adept at working in spreadsheets or other project management tools to organize information.

Salary and eligible variable compensation (if any) commensurate with experience. Range $25.00 - $31.50 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
