This position requires the selected candidate to live on-site
. As part of the compensation package, housing will be provided at 50% below market rent

What You’ll Do
  • Assist the Community Manager in daily operations of the property
  • Help lead leasing, marketing, and resident retention efforts
  • Support and help supervise on-site staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residents
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor follow-ups
  • Perform routine property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and community standards
  • Maintain accurate reports, leasing data, and communication logs
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Positive, professional, and motivated attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous property management or customer service experience is a plus (training provided)
  • Ability to live on-site as a condition of employment
Work Environment

This is a live-in position requiring full-time availability, including weekends. The ideal candidate values community engagement, professionalism, and maintaining high property standards while contributing to a positive resident experience.
