Cornerstone Caregiving, the largest privately owned in‑home care company, has achieved remarkable growth in recent years. Our mission is to empower seniors with the choice to age comfortably and with dignity in their own homes. As we expand nationwide, we are seeking an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth. Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward.

Location:

San Marcos, TX – Full‑time.

• Independently manage and lead this branch, with ongoing corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire, onboard, and schedule new team members; ensure all shifts are properly staffed and monitor on‑call responsibilities.
• Conduct in‑home assessments, build strong client relationships, handle intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Create a workplace of choice by incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone for team morale.

• Proven leadership experience managing a team.
• Success in meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience in direct recruitment, hiring, and staff oversight.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
