CNC Programmer

Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for a CNC Programmer to be an integral part of our Pipe Support team. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

* Have comprehensive knowledge of equipment, metal cutting and finishing, and characteristics of metal

* Work effectively with all personnel and have excellent communication skills

* Read and write CNC programs on multiple controls

* Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills

* Effectively communicate at all levels of the Manufacturing Organization

* Read and understand work orders, blueprints, manuals, memos, CNC programs and processes

* Use developed math, reading, and writing skills within the scope of the job responsibilities

* Perform other duties as required

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

* Education:

Associate Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; preferred.

* Experience:

Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Computer

Skills:

Knowledge of Internet software, spreadsheet software, Word Processing software, and CAM (Auto Cad, Solid Works, Virtual Gibbs programming software)

* Certification/Licenses:
None specifically required.
