Job Title: Tray Cleaner (2nd Shift)
Reports to: Block Production Supervisor
About This RoleThe Tray Cleaner is responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining trays and lids used in the production process. This role ensures trays and lids are free from buildup, structurally sound, and properly accounted for to support safe and efficient operations.

- Vacuuming trays and lids to remove debris and residue.
- Removing buildup from trays and lids in accordance with work instructions.
- Inspecting trays and lids for structural integrity and signs of damage.
- Removing damaged or unusable trays and lids from service and disposing of them properly.
- Logging removed or discarded items accurately in the inventory tracking spreadsheet.
- Notifying the supervisor of damaged equipment, recurring issues, or safety concerns.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Performing any other tasks deemed necessary by the supervisor.
- Has the ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
- Has attention to detail and can identify damaged or unsafe equipment.
- Possesses basic computer skills for inventory logging (Excel or similar).
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time, up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
- Ability to lift and move trays and lids as required by the job.
- Capable of making repetitive movements, including, but not limited to, sitting, squatting and walking up and down stairs.
- Ability to wear PPE.
