Position:Production Associate
This role performs all tasks involved in the production of the company's products, including working with raw materials, picking and sorting plies, producing kits, bagging and labeling, applying raw material onto the tool following planning, preparing bags for comp actions, pushing/pulling carts to stage blades, and utilizing hand tools. Employees work in a team environment and follow standard work methods to ensure efficiency and safety.
Shift& Attendance
Start date:
6/22/2026. Employees may need to train on the 1st shift for 12 weeks. 1st shift: 7:15am – 3:30pm. Shift differential: 3rd shift (11:45pm – 7:30am) +$2.00 per hour.
The position requires standing/walking throughout the day, using hands and arms, and lifting up to 55pounds. Additional PPE may be required for specific tasks.
Education & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.
