Shift and TrainingTraining: 7am–3:30pm for up to 90days.
Working Hours (after completion of training): 2nd shift, 3pm–11:30am, Monday–Friday.
Shift Differential: $2.00 per hour on 2nd shift.
Responsibilities- Perform quality work checks, identify product defects and record identified defects.
- Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.
- Precision Assembly: utilize hand tools such as drills, torque wrenches, rivet guns, grinders, orbital sanders, and pull motors for daily assembly tasks.
- Measurement & Inspection: employ measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and standard rulers, to ensure products meet specifications.
- Blueprints & Instructions: adhere to and understand blueprints and operation sheets for standard work instructions in assembling products.
- Equipment Adjustment: adjust equipment based on test results and a thorough understanding of processes and machinery.
- Testing & Recording: conduct tests for oxygen purity and moisture content at various stages of the process, recording gauge readings and test results.
- Compliance & Safety: adhere to PPE and cleanroom standards to prevent foreign objects and debris from contaminating products.
- Quality & Safety Standards: perform all tasks in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work area.
- Must be willing and able to lift up to 25lbs and work in a standing position for up to 10hours per day.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 4years of relevant manufacturing/assembly experience.
- 4+years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams or engineering drawings to assemble equipment.
- 4+years of experience with general hand and/or power tools.
- Preferred: 2years minimum of relevant machine operation experience.

Maintenance or automated welding experience. - Preferred:
Familiarity with resistance welding.
