Position Overview

We are hiring immediately for full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at Texas State University – 601 University Drive, San Marcos, TX 78666. Openings at other locations within the school district are available. Applications are accepted online only.

Full‑time schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Pay: $16.00 per hour.

• Previous leadership experience required.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management; ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
• Act as contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests.
• Mentor, develop, and encourage employees to set goals and advance within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
