Job Summary

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a large-scale, multi-phase critical electrical EPC data center program. The Planner ensures schedule integrity, logic, and risk visibility across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction, testing, commissioning, and turnover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a fully logic-linked Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using P6
  • Establish baseline, forecast, and recovery schedules
  • Perform critical path, float, and variance analysis
  • Coordinate schedule inputs across EPC disciplines
  • Prepare executive dashboards and look‑ahead schedules
  • Support mitigation and what‑if schedule scenarios
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years EPC planning/scheduling experience
  • Advanced P6 proficiency
  • Experience supporting large-scale industrial or data center projects
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Hyperscale or mission‑critical data center experience
  • Projects exceeding $250M value
