What You'll Do
- Operate saws, basic grinding, lapping, cleaning, deburring, and other simple, routine operations.
- Follow written and verbal procedures as assigned.
- Read and interpret work order routings, prints, sketches, and tool sheets as required.
- Recognize and understand machine functions as required.
- Work with a variety of materials.
- Set up and operate a variety of manual machines for basic operations.
- Perform duties in accordance with company safety policies and report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
- Make proper router & time report entries.
- Keep machines/work area clean and orderly.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED (preferred). - Experience:
0 to 1 year in field or related area. - Computer
