Required Qualifications- 5 years of demonstrated professional experience in creating and managing social media initiatives on a variety of social media platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of business account management of allsocial media channels including Facebook, X, Instagram, Linked In,You Tube and more.
- Demonstrated experience with social media data collection and analytics.
- A portfolio of work demonstrates the ability to tell complexstories in relatable terms.
- Proven ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Law Enforcement and first responder experience.
- Social Media video creation experience.
Create, curate, and publish high-quality, relevant, and engaging content (graphics, videos, photos, articles, and posts) across platforms including Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram,Linked In, and You Tube.
Job Duties- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with ALERRT's mission, training initiatives, and outreachgoals.
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality, relevant, and engaging content (graphics, videos, photos, articles, and posts) across platforms including Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, Linked In, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with ALERRT curriculum and training coordinators,subject matter experts, and university partners to promote upcomingcourses, events, success stories, and institutionalannouncements.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and impactful.
