Navista is a community oncology practice alliance that supports more than 100 providers across 50 sites. cCARE (California Cancer Associates for Research & Excellence) is a member of Navista and is part of Cardinal Health. The alliance provides technology, resources, and support to help independent community oncology practices deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care while maintaining their independence.

Anticipated salary range: $155,000 - $200,000 per year. Bonus eligible.

• Performs physical examinations applying the medical model and nursing process to patient care problems.
• Strives to maintain consistency of quality patient care.
• Discriminates between normal and abnormal findings, consulting with physician advisor when indicated; evaluates diagnoses and manages certain illnesses and conditions; orders appropriate laboratory studies; identifies appropriate pharmacologic agents and non‑pharmacologic interventions; refers or consults with other physicians.
• Conducts hospital consults and participates in rounding of inpatients if needed.
• Develops and implements patient education activities.
• Builds trusting relationships with patients and referring providers.
• Provides leadership in care coordination and serves as a clinical resource to medical assistants and chemotherapy nurses.
