San Marcos Treatment Center is a 212‑bed, seclusion‑free psychiatric residential treatment facility located between Austin and San Antonio in Central Texas. The campus spans 65 acres and includes 13 unique living units, two swimming pools, two gymnasiums, a sports court, playing fields, a ropes course, a canteen, a social area, and a healing trail.
Shift Information32 hours per week. Available shifts are 6 a.m.‑2 p.m., 2 p.m.‑10 p.m., and 10 p.m.‑6 a.m. Weekend shift availability is required.
ResponsibilitiesProvide a safe and therapeutic environment for children aged 6‑17. Implement the daily program schedule and maintain accurate clinical and administrative documentation. Communicate with co‑workers, supervisors, and other team members regarding patient care and safety concerns.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Psychiatric experience preferred (at least 2 years)
- Minimum age 21
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screening
